What if it doesn’t work?There’s no risk to you. No upfront fees*. No long-term contracts. We only get fully paid when you approve a tenant and sign a lease. As a bonus, if your new tenant backs out or defaults within 60 days, I’ll replace them at no extra cost. *To begin the search, we collect a fully refundable deposit that goes toward your final fee once we’ve secured your tenant. This lets me invest time and advertising dollars upfront, while ensuring you’re serious about moving forward.
