  • Why wouldn’t I just do this myself?
    You absolutely can. But most landlords underestimate how long it takes to find, screen, and secure the right tenant. It’s not just about posting a listing, it’s about verifying employment, checking references, running credit, writing compliant leases, and spotting red flags that only come with experience.   • How do I know you’ll find a good tenant?
    I use a proven screening process that goes beyond just income and credit. Every applicant is vetted through: Identity and credit checks Employment and income verification Rental history and landlord references Personality and communication cues that matter long-term I only present tenants I’d feel confident placing in my own property—and you always have the final say. No surprises. No pressure.
  • Is this really better than a big management company?
    That depends on what you need. If you're looking for 24/7 maintenance support and long-term management, a big firm might be a better fit. But if you just need help finding and securing a quality tenant, you’ll likely end up overpaying and under-prioritized. We specialize in tenant placement only—so you get faster service, direct communication, and no bloated monthly fees. You keep control of your property. We just help you fill it, properly.
  • What if it doesn’t work?
    There’s no risk to you. No upfront fees*. No long-term contracts. We only get fully paid when you approve a tenant and sign a lease. As a bonus, if your new tenant backs out or defaults within 60 days, I’ll replace them at no extra cost. *To begin the search, we collect a fully refundable deposit that goes toward your final fee once we’ve secured your tenant. This lets me invest time and advertising dollars upfront, while ensuring you’re serious about moving forward.
